[New Feature] Add Connected devices list in pc app

I propose to add a list to screen of pc, with list of connected devices (scope for multiple devices later)

Describe the reason why you want to add the feature
I need this feature because i am unable to tell if my pc server is connected to my phone without checking the phone. I am normally working on my pc and don't check phone. I have to like check my phone everytime some disconnection or restart occurs to see if it is connected. I usually leave the setting on in the phone and forget about it.
