[New Feature] Add Streaming over Internet

I would like to add the capability to stream using my internet IP instead of my LAN IP. This would be so that I could play my massive music library on my phone without copying it, since it wouldn't fit! I have my music player running almost always, and would like to listen to it away from home without having to lug around my now 17-year-old laptop around. With the battery shot, it'd be pretty pointless anyways!

In the case if you have publicly available IP you can setup port forwarding on your router and your audio-share instance will be publicly available.
Otherwise I'd recommend you to use private network solutions like ZeroTier or Tailscale and in this case you will have direct P2P connection to your PC (in the case if your ISP does not mess with NATs).
