Blank plot pdf

Hello. I am stuck at the final stages of generating the plot. I get a blank pdf and no png.
The error I get is here below. Any help with this?

It seems the ldsc-corrplot-rg script suggested here needs some edit when you want a correlation matrix figure with a diagonal rg of 1 between similar traits eg T2D v T2D where rg will be 1. I skipped the duplication steps from line 31 to 37 and got a correlation matrix of quantitative vs qualitative traits. What I wanted was a combine matrix of all traits. How can I achieve this ?
