Image in Check 3 of help.md wrong?

When i lately setup my system i stumbled over the image in Check 3 of help.md

My system:
SH10RT-V112
QModMaster 0.5.3-beta

I tried to connect with the values shown in the image, but i always got a timeout. Changing Unit ID to 1 solved the problem for me. 1 equals the sungrow_modbus_slave in secrets.yaml, so this might be the reason.

Another, not that important point. In your picture the result rows are named 4999 and 5009 in my version of QModMaster they are named 5000 and 5010.

oh yes, I copied the image from a old issue. My inverter has the slave address 100 (historical reasons and testing at the beginning...) . That is why that was in the screenshot.

Can you make an updated version of the screenshot and maybe PR it? This is probably one thing other users will stumble, too
