Auto extraction of appx/msxibundle if install fails.

Thanks for making this, it generally works well and downloads /installs apps easily like spark email. Others like eartrumpet downloaded but failed to install. I manually extracted the appx/msxibundle and ran it, worked perfectly, so I'm wondering if its possible to have this app auto extract the apps if the regular install fails.

its possible to do so, currently i am in the process of rewriting alt app installer to c# so i wont be implementing this for now if you or someone reading this is willing to implement this feel free to create a PR
