Pathplanner crashes at start

Hello,
I installed the latest version of Pathplanner. I ran it once and set a custom background map. The app crashed and I can't restart it. It appears briefly in the Task Manager, but it doesn't display an error or any UI.

I have tried the following:

1. Uninstalling and reinstalling
2. Installing the version from the Windows Store and the running the exe from the zip file
3. Restarting my computer

I have attached my system information below.
