IAM policy terminology is a bit confusing

In step number 5, is it possible to change the heading to Create "IAM Permissions Policy"?[as we've explicitly mentioned Trust policy in 3?]

Another suggestion is that I think it'd be really beneficial to add that an IAM role must require a trust policy & a permissions policy!
