Describe the bug

Trying to install py7zr with python3.13t doesn't work

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install python3.13 with the experimental threading mode enabled
2. run python3.13t -m pip install py7zr

Expected behavior

py7zr should install normally

Environment (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows 10
• Python: python 3.13t
• py7zr version: 1.0.0

I missed it my first time looking, but this is probably related to #640
