Add "Devices Affected" Column to CKL2POAM Conversion for EMASS Compatibility

EMASS now has a "Devices Affected" column in POA&M uploads to specify which/how many devices are impacted by each vulnerability

The CKL2POAM converter does not currently include this field

Completion Criteria:

• "Devices Affected" column is present in the generated POA&M
• Field is populated based on available input data
