problem in ihm

I use caldera with docker and a reverse proxy.
I've a local.yml file and i use a data repertory to have persistante data.

When i use the ihm all bulk actions on agent page are not fonctionnal. In adversarie page i can't delete adversary. 
Did you ha seen this problème? Is the a problem with rights?
Wich rights should be on remote date repository?
