[roll] Roll fuchsia [board][display] Add mmio names to board drivers and vim3 devicetree.

This adds mmio names for all the mmio regions to astro, sherlock
and nelson board drivers and the vim3 devicetree.

Test: no behavior change. A future change verified that
      GetMmioByName() worked on astro, sherlock, nelson and vim3.
