0.1.3/Ability to turn off group builder #59

It should be possible to turn the "Group" functionality off in the settings tab.
When it's turned off, it's dependencies should not be loaded, or run at all. For people who does not wish to use it - they might wan't to turn it off all toghether to ensure better performance.
It would also enable people to turn it off in a situation where the current build has some sort of weird bug. Which could be used as an emergency solution until a fix was released.
Describe the solution you'd like
A checkbox that enables/disables the group builder.
When disabled it then turns off all related code.
