Stripe API no longer uses __toArray

In AnnotationTransformer.php, the __toArray() should be replaced with toArray().

Looks like the change occurred in ver 7.0 of the api. Might want to change your composer.json line to

"stripe/stripe-php" : ">=3.0 <7.0",
