Miniflux is not a typical desktop application like RSS Guard. It's a web app designed to run on a server, typically a Linux machine. The Windows binary is provided for convenience (thanks to Go's cross-compilation capabilities), but there is no installation wizard. I'm not a Windows user myself, so I can't offer detailed technical guidance. In theory, it should work on Windows, but some manual configuration will likely be required. The easiest way to run Miniflux on Windows is probably by using Docker Desktop or a similar solution. |

The Installation Instructions page has links to instructions for different OSes, but not for Windows. From this we can conclude that on Windows the application is so easy to configure that it does not require separate instructions. However, when running miniflux-windows-amd64.exe on Microsoft Windows 10.0.19045.6093, all I see is this:
I don't quite understand what exactly was meant by "super easy to install"? Something even simpler than RSSOwlnix and RSS Guard, which work out of the box?
