Not possible to skip TLS certificate validation

Hi!

Working with following Gonsul version:

Gonsul version: ac3d7197f6fbc17203bc3c59300da0f8e551dcc7 Build date: 20220216.105326

I get the following certificate validation issue:

DoGET: Get "https://consul.local/v1/kv/path/to/kv/?recurse=true": x509: certificate is valid for localhost.localdomain, not consul.local

Is it planned to add the option to skip certificate validation?

Facing a related issue here:

DoGET: Get "https://172.17.0.1:8501/v1/kv/?recurse=true": x509: certificate signed by unknown authority

Would be cool to have a skipVerify flag.
