Gradebook should consistently handle different formats for entering grades #2
Description
We have:
- English floats (e.g. "1.23")
- French floats (e.g. "1,23")
- Arbitrary strings ("e.g. "Good job!")
- Placeholder (e.g. "-")
- And the points and weight columns are generally fractions "1 / 3"
