Add the self-service small-amount withdrawal function for mining pool nodes
For self-service withdrawals on the user end, please go to the "Settings" - "Small Withdrawals" section on the user end's official website. Both new and old versions of bills can be used for withdrawals.
The small amount of self-withdrawal from the administrator's email can be made in the Rust backend - Mining Pool node - Self-withdrawal area.

Fixed an issue where the LTC rate display on the official website was not synchronized

矿池节点底层 BTC、LTC 及赠币更新（旧版节点将全面停用）
(更新前注意下记得删掉旧的 BTC 和 LTC 矿池节点的端口，否则更新后这些端口还会被 占用但是看不到在哪里)

Update of the underlying BTC, LTC and bonus coins of the mining pool nodes (all old version nodes will be completely discontinued)
Before updating, please remember to delete the ports of the old BTC and LTC mining pool nodes. Otherwise, after the update, these ports will still be occupied but you won't be able to see where they are.
