New Repository Idea: Machine Learning Setup

I would love to see even a basic demonstration of production-quality setup for a repository geared towards machine learning. 🤖🧠

As someone with no experience in this area, it would be incredibly valuable if a ML pro was willing to model (get it, model?) what that looks like. Like are people still using Tensorflow? How do you test this stuff? Etc.

@ramesht007 Do you have a thought on a name for the repo? Naming is hard 😂 Something that is clear what this entails, but also allows us to flush it out more and still be descriptive.

Hmm, that's a tough one to answer. 😂
Let's say 'aws-serverless-data-platform'.
Covers all the important aspects of the work we will be doing.

I will create the aws-data-platform repository now with the basic files from the template-repo. @ramesht007 has volunteered to build out the first iteration of the setup for PR. @ramesht007, highly recommend collaborating with others who may be interested in working with you on it.
