Add terraform >=1.1 moved resource documentation?

This tool seems to overlap heavily with the moved block resource introduced in terraform 1.1. https://developer.hashicorp.com/terraform/tutorials/configuration-language/move-config#move-your-resources-with-the-moved-configuration-block

From my naive point of view it would be worth adding some documentation about the upstream moved block resource into your documentation.

Ya, I was also hoping to see something that described what this brings to the table now that moved is supported.

There is at least one thing that pops up as not possible with the current Terraform moved block implementation (as far as I can tell)

• It is not possible to migrate between state files
  • I cannot move ResourceA defined in StateA to StateB
  • This is somewhat common when performing a refactor

There are likely more I'm missing but that's a good one to consider.
