Enhancement: Implementation of Zero-Power Neutron Noise

Feature Description:
Introduce zero-power neutron noise analysis by allowing neutron weights to be complex, correlating to the Fourier transform of the neutron balance equation.

Context and Background:
This enhancement is aimed at facilitating the study of neutron noise phenomena. By using complex neutron weights, we can directly analyze oscillations coming from the velocity field, offering insights into dynamic behaviors in the reactor at low power.

Proposed Implementation:

  1. Extend the neutron weight parameter to support complex values.
  2. Integrate this with the Fourier-transformed neutron balance equation for noise analysis.
  3. Enable detailed analysis of velocity field oscillations.

Benefits:

  • Expands the code's capability to handle zero-power neutron noise.
  • Provides a new method for studying dynamic reactor behaviors and oscillatory effects within the neutron field.
