Is there a way to retrieve the full-length TCR sequence?

Hi,

I would like to ask if there is a way to retrieve the full-length TCR sequence from the provided input. I have supplied the data in the format of the dash.csv file, which includes the following information:

1. TRAV gene
2. TRAJ gene
3. CDR3 sequence

Is it possible to use this information to reconstruct or retrieve the corresponding full-length TCR chain sequence? If yes, could you please provide guidance or share any relevant examples?

Hi,
Unfortunately MiXCR can't do that. MiXCR uses the raw FASTQ files (or FASTA, BAM etc) to reconstruct the full-length receptor sequence that has to be covered by the reads.
