It looks AV1_AMF does not support both CQ and CRF.
I will get AMD RX card in few days and find best way to handle bitrate control with AMF codecs

Hey, just wanna say, I really appreciate the hard work you're putting into this application I much prefer this over a real-time player as the quality tends to be better and more stable

Already implemented in v2 that should be released in few weeks
I don't plan backporting it for v1 which won't be supported after v2 release
