Hi,

Here's the current outlook of what I'm aiming to work on for the next version of Nimble Commander:

1. Improvements of the built-in viewer:
   • Support for syntax highlighting.
     • Basic functionality
     • Add the styles to all themes
     • Roll out syntax settings of a reasonable set of languages
     • Allow editing the style colours in the Preferences dialog
     • Option to disable syntax highlighting entirely in the Preferences dialog
     • Allow overriding the syntax settings in the Application Support directory
     • Mechanism to specifically choose no syntax highlighting, e.g. a "Text" language
     • Mechanism to manually choose a syntax for a type in the Viewer
     • Make a syntax selection a part of per-file history in the Viewer
   • Changes to the UI - move the controls to a new status bar from the toolbar.
2. Start to laying out a proper user documentation:
   • Outline a structure in a markdown file(s) in the repository.
   • Automate composing into a pdf file when creating release/nightly builds.
   • Gradually flesh out the contents:

The built-in viewer no longer uses toolbars:
