Description
I think we should go with import this - Explicit is better than implicit.
So OrderingRelationship should generally never add things (will leave that feature in for backwards compatibility though)
We should add a note to the docs indiciating that things specified in OrderingRelationship should be put in SETTINGS as well.
Should also copy with the case where orderingrelationship refers to a setting that is completely absent
