What should be the default behaviour of Ctrl+C?

What are your use-cases? inquire has to handle the signal as we capture all key inputs during a prompt.

1. Should inquire terminate the program?
   • It doesn't currently but I think that terminating seems to be more standard-ish.
2. Should the bindings be platform-dependent or platform-agnostic?
