Add support for consuming schema registry

Many uses Confluent Schema Registry for storing their Avro schemata. It would be nice if avrodoc-plus could consume all or selected schemata from a schema registry.

Proposal is to add option -r to specify a schema registry. And another option to select only some subjects, and if no subjects are selected, all are fetched.
