Hi @gadeynebram, Thanks for reaching out. As of now, there isn’t a direct replacement for the Virtualize Data extension in VS Code, neither we have planned to support this feature in the MSSQL extension. That said, many PolyBase and data virtualization capabilities are available outside this extension. We recommend checking out the following official resources for supported alternatives: Looping in @HugoMSFT for visibility in case there are future plans around this scenario. In Azure data studio I'm getting a notice about the retirement of the project with a reference to the vscode-mssql.
I'm mainly using Azure Data Studio for the Virtualize Data extension. Is there any migration path for this? I currently can't seem to find it in vscode-mssql.
