Improving the CTest experience

I really like the fact, that the cmake-tools extension ships with native integration for CTest. However, there are a few things, that I like to see improved; all of them are provided by the CMake Test Explorer extension:

• Clicking on a test should focus the source
• Tests should be (optionally) rendered in a tree view for easier navigation
• There should be "run test" buttons in the line-number-gutter

This is not a rant, but I would love to see these integrated into cmake-tools. Please send me a link, if there are already issues created for the items listed above! I would like to subscribe to the discussions there.

Off the top of my head, I don't believe there are currently issues open for your specific requests, so it'd be great if you could create specific feature request issues for each of the things you mentioned so that we can best track the work. Thanks!
