Dependabot-like automatic update PRs for ports in this repo

In order to get timely updates for the ports within this repo what do you think about automating the updates, similar to Dependabot which would update the version in vcpkg.json and the hash in portfile.cmake and create a PR in this repo? This could simplify the work of contributors and the main project devs.

For example, the latest OpenSSL 3.5.2 didn't get updated until I created a PR around four days after the release. It would be nice to get an automatic update PR within a few minutes/hours after the release and without any manual effort, apart from approving the PR and merging it.
