Why there is no more releases after April?

Previously each month vcpkg has a release.
But, now the latest release was in April 2025.

There have been releases for the vcpkg tool itself, just not the curated registry: https://github.com/microsoft/vcpkg-tool/releases

We are working on a registry release for this month.

If I get the latest VCPKG release and run the bootstrap command, will the vcpkg-tool's version pinned the old version, or will it use the latest vcpkg-tool release?
