Some tools, like watchman, are notoriously difficult to build from source in certain environments. I’m wondering if vcpkg could accept such ports and build them as executables, allowing users to easily obtain compiled binaries. Or is this an explicit non-goal of vcpkg, given that it’s designed primarily as a library manager?
