Steps to reproduce

Should be able to click on topmost pixels of + and V (similar to tabs or rightmost minmimze/close buttons) and get the action triggered

when clicking topmost pixel, nothing happens

In Chrome, clicking on the topmost pixel of + works as expected and creates a new tab, I propose Terminal should also follow suit
