At Win Startup - Terminal's not remembering the tabs I had open

It launches the window, but it's just one tab (default profile).

Also, upon closing and then relaunching...

It loads the tabs I had open in one window;
Plus another window w.just 1 tab (default profile).

This latter issue has been a longstanding one -for me.

I am using the latest terminal preview build.
