Can Concurrent and GroupChatOrchestration be nested?

When you want to implement a somewhat complex group of agents, you may find yourself wanting to nest multiple orchestrations.

For example:

• Start inference with GroupChatOrchestration
  • Sub-Agent A
  • Sub-Agent B
  • Concurrent Agents
    • Sub-Agent C
    • Sub-Agent D

For instance, is it possible to convert an Agent Orchestration into a ChatCompletionAgent, or to convert a KernelFunction into a ChatCompletionAgent?
