psutil in version 0.0.14 break the usage of multilspy in OSes not supported by psutil

I'm now not able to use multilspy 0.0.14 in z/OS because of this new dependency.
Any change to make this psutil dependency only applicable to supported OSes?
For now, I'll stay on version 0.0.13

I would be glad to review and merge If you can create a PR that checks the environment for psutil availability, uses it, or uses an alternative available on your platform. Could you do that, then I can make psutil optional!

Also, z/os is currently not being tested in our ci pipeline.I would be glad if you could provide a z/os runner for the github test actions: This way, going ahead, it can be ensured that we don't introduce breaking changes to multilspy!
