Why there are no assets published for the latest releases?

For example 2.5.0 version has only source code attached, but only 2.4.10 has binaries for different platforms.
Also when 2.5.0 version will be available in the https://github.com/Microsoft/vcpkg.git or using apt-get install using https://packages.microsoft.com/config/ubuntu/22.04/packages-microsoft-prod.deb ?

Hi,

We are re-working our publishing pipeline to stay compliant with the internal Microsoft security guidelines, which is causing some disruption to package publishing on Github, nuget and Linux.
We will get them back as soon as possible.

The vcpkg has been contributed externally, and we don't currently officially support it. There are some patch files we have not reviewed. Please feel free to upgrade the version published there while keeping the above in mind.
