How do you have Windows in such a state? Could you explain your scenario more?

An initialization failure occurs when using the msquic client for windows normally, there is no special usage scenario,
and it appears to be an issue only on some windows computers，it's not clear why

The following modification can obtain the pointer, and the connection can be successfully established.
