According to the MsQuic performance dashboard, MsQuic on XDP exhibits significantly lower throughput, with approximately a 50% loss compared to other approaches. In contrast, LsQuic claims a 50% throughput gain by leveraging XDP. (ref) Could you please provide insights into the key differences that lead to such contrasting results? Additionally, what types of scenarios are best suited for XDP—are short-lived connections more favorable, or can long-lived connections also benefit from XDP's design for maximizing throughput? |
