		§ Check to see if receiver is stripping ECN marking for better perf(?)
		§ What would we do if they are stripping ECN?

• NDIS spec for QEO basically done

		§ We don't have a way to do that. There is no UM source for perf counter.

• Do we log the perf counters in our ETW?
	○ Yes, but perf counter does not pick those up
• First app is kernel mode
	○ Want to support downlevel Oses with openSSL
	○ Because of that we need different driver Binaries
• What are you trying to do with the perf counters
	○ Want them to show in performance monitors
• Can you use ETW perf counters?
	○ Would be easy to add them to WPA
		§ It's capture then process - not live
	○ This will work from UM and/or KM
	○ Will explore this
