multi-touch input cause crash(again). #10674

Describe the bug

Seemed like it was resolved previously, but it started appearing on latest stable version. (v1.7.3) microsoft/WindowsAppSDK#3257

Here's the log from windows application log
Faulting module name: Microsoft.InputStateManager.dll, version: 10.0.26107.1009, timestamp: 0x57321de8
Exception code: 0xc0000409

Running device: Surface laptop (touch enabled)
.Net maui v9.0.7

I downgraded WASDK to v1.6 and seemed fine, but not yet confirmed.

Steps to reproduce the bug

Using v1.7 WASDK.

No crashing
