ListView - grip for touch reorder

Is it possible to make touch reorder of ListView's items using some grip (e.g. Grid in DataTemplate) instead of press&hold whole item? Or maybe it's possible to cancel reorder when touch was not above some area? I can't find proper event for that. It could be very nice feature.

I mean something like in Telerik:
