Yes. The easiest way is to check the version of the NuGet package file.

If you extract the .nupkg file (which is just a .zip file with a different extension), and look for the file named WindowsAppSDK-VersionInfo.xml or WindowsAppSDK-VersionInfo.json then the information is in these files.

In these files, you will find:

        <Version>
            <DotQuadNumber>5001.119.156.0</DotQuadNumber>
            <UInt16>1407656869641322496</UInt16>
            <HexUInt16>0x13890077009C0000</HexUInt16>
            <String>5001.119.156.0</String>
        </Version>

or

These files will also contain the exact version of the DDLM package too.

If you have the .msix file for the DDLM package, then you can extract this (again, .msix is a .zip file with a different extension) and check the AppxManifest.xml file. The version will be in there:
