Change coming to -F flag

To match what ODBC did for supporting "HostNameInCertificate" for strict encryption over TDS8, we are going to change -F from setting vertical or horizontal format. Once this PR merges and a release is pushed, setting vertical formatting on will use the --vert or --vertical.
I'd like to get community feedback on this change, on how popular vertical feedback is, and whether there are any other major incompatibilities with ODBC that we should address sooner.
