Change/format the bar labels in VerticalBarChart

Is there a way to change or formal the labels that appear above the bars?
My data is represents percentage and I want the percentage sign sign to appear after the label. I only managed to do it for the callout.

We don't support formatting of labels right now. But feel free to create a PR for this and we will be happy to help merging your changes.
