Horizontal Scroll - Scroll with Bar or Mouse Wheel & Virtualize

Hey. Love the library.

I have an idea for the Horizontal Scroll component, which I have zero knowledge on how I might even try to do it myself 😁

1. Be able to scroll left and right on the horizontal plane using Shift+Mouse Wheel, and also simply have a scroll bar to drag left and right.
2. Populate the contents using virtualization, so when you scroll far enough, it loads more data.
