fabrikate-cloud-native: move Grafana and Prometheus into the service mesh #33
Description
Currently, Grafana and Prometheus do not deploy with the Istio sidecar attached. This is (basically) necessary if you'd like to expose these services to the outside world.
These services should be configured to use the service mesh.
