ServiceWorker refactor or removal #2
Description
Consider:
- Remove the ServiceWorker references altogether, or
- Use ServiceWorker to service fetch requests for Monaco and Office Fabric UI
The ServiceWorker references are currently excluded, but will continue to live within the source tree.
