Links are lightly styled via the a element by default.

We should include the following into our Links documentation:

Single Links

• Link - Base link style that is used almost universally.
• Grayscale - A link style modification with our default text color.
• Muted - Applies a visually muted style to the base style.
• Danger - Applies an important, destructive red to the base style.
• Inherit - Applies the parent element’s text color.
• Underlined - Adds an underline to the link’s text.
• Visited - Applies the hover / active state styling to links that have been visited.

Block Links
In Docs UI these were called "Bar Links", open to updating name or retaining old.

• Block Link - Base block link style
• Selected - Adds the selected state to the base block link style.
• Block Link Left - Applies a border to the right of the selected state.
• Block Link Right - Applies a border to the left of the selected state.
