Python: DevUI only works after refreshing the page

Running Agent Workflow - Content Review with Quality Routing sample: https://github.com/microsoft/agent-framework/blob/main/python/samples/getting_started/devui/workflow_agents/workflow.py

When the DevUI autolaunches, every time I try to run the workflow, I get a 404 error on POST /v1/responses HTTP/1.1. After refreshing the browser, it works as expected.
