Typically the release notes for the WinAppSDK .x release after the .NET major release is what explicitly mentions it as supported. But .NET 9 should work fine with 1.6.5. |

Should work fine and is supported are two entirely different things. It would be great to have an answer from the team. |

While v1.5.0 specifically mentions support for .NET8 i can not find such a note for .NET9 on any version. So the question is can we upgrade our projects depending on v1.6.5 to .NET9 and expect this to be a supported scenario or has this to be explicitly added to a future version?
